What a ₱20,000 website actually includes

Paolo Arroyo ·

“How much for a website?” is the question we hear most. The honest answer is that it depends on what the website needs to do. But most small businesses need the same few things, so we put them together in one package with one starting price.

That package is the Starter Website, from ₱20,000. Here is what you get for that money, what you don’t, and how to tell if you need something a little bigger.

What’s in the Starter Website

Up to 5 pages. For most small businesses, that covers it: a home page, a page about you, a page for your services or menu, a page for photos of your work, and a contact page. If you need more pages, we’ll say so in the quote before any work starts.

A mobile-friendly design. Most of your customers will find you on their phones. We design for the phone first, then make sure it looks good on a laptop too. During the live review, we ask you to test it on your own phone, because that is where it matters.

An inquiry form and a Messenger link. Customers can send you a message from the site, or tap once to continue the conversation on Messenger. You don’t have to learn a new inbox. Inquiries come to you in places you already check.

Google Business Profile setup. When someone searches for your business or your kind of shop nearby, your Google Business Profile is often the first thing they see. We set it up or tidy it up, and link it to your new site, so your hours, location and contact details match everywhere.

Every build starts with a short written brief and a fixed price. You see a free preview within 1–3 days of your message, and the full build takes about a week after you say go. You pay only at launch, when you’re happy with it.

What it isn’t

A Starter Website is a clean, fast home for your business online. It is not an online store, and it is not a booking system.

That means customers can’t add items to a cart and pay on the site. If you sell products and want orders and payments to happen on your website, look at our Online Store package instead. It’s built for that job.

It also doesn’t include ongoing content work. We build the site with your real content, and you approve everything before launch. But if you want us to keep changing text, photos or prices every month after that, that’s a separate add-on. We’d rather tell you that now than surprise you later.

And it isn’t a template you fill in yourself. We build it for you, from the brand info you send. If you have a logo and photos, great. If you don’t, tell us, and we’ll work with what you have.

When to pick Website + Bookings instead

If a big part of your day is people asking “Are you free on Saturday?”, the Starter Website may not be enough.

Website + Bookings, from ₱25,000, includes everything in the Starter Website, plus:

  • Bookings, reservations or inquiry forms that fit how you take appointments
  • Email and Messenger notifications when someone books
  • A schedule view, so your team can see what’s coming up

This is a good fit for salons, clinics, studios, resorts, restaurants that take reservations, and any service business where time slots matter. If you’re not sure which one you need, send us a message and tell us how customers usually reach you. We’ll point you to the right one, and we won’t push you toward the bigger package if you don’t need it.

What maintenance covers

A website needs a place to live and someone to look after it. That’s what maintenance is for. It starts at ₱3,500 a month, or ₱35,000 a year if you’d rather pay once and get two months free.

Maintenance includes:

  • Hosting and domain registration
  • SSL, the padlock in the browser bar, and daily backups
  • Uptime monitoring, so we know if the site goes down
  • Fixes if something breaks

You can cancel anytime. If you do, we transfer your domain, hosting and accounts to you with handover notes. The website is yours once it’s paid. There’s no lock-in.

If you’d like help with regular changes, you can add content updates, promo and campaign updates, or blog writing. Each add-on starts at ₱2,500 a month, and you only add the ones you need.

So, in short: for ₱20,000, you get a real website for your business: up to 5 pages, built for phones, with an inquiry form, a Messenger link and your Google Business Profile set up. No down payment. You pay when it’s live and you’re happy with it.

If that sounds like what you need, send us your business name or page link. We’ll build a free preview in 1–3 days, and you can decide from there. If you’d rather talk first, book a free call.
